I have done that. It seems that this is a problem in areas where there are a lot of adventure labs.

Lately I have experienced that not all geocaches shows in the app, especially adventure labs. I have tried to zoom in and out in the app, but still not all caches shows.

It should be possible to create premium accounts for children under a certaint age under your own premium account. I have 2 children that are very interesting in geocaching, and they have their own account, but only basic. I log caches as described above for them, but I often wish they have an opportunety to at least see and open premium caches too, as long as I have a premium account and they are under 13 year.

- Log out of the app and then log in again
- Restart the phone
- Check to see that you are using the latest version of the app
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
Thanks CAVinoGal, this worked for me. Since new year I feel like the app is bugging more and more... I hope HQ notices this and looking at the problem, because I think HQs app is very good. Hope to keep it as my cache-app.

My latest updat was 20. october 2020, and I have had problem with logs after that.

They show up as not found on the AL app. As shown in the attached pictures, I have completed the AL, but I cant write a log - and this AL are shown as not taken in the AL app.

I took some adventure labs for some years ago, and I didnt write the log at the time I finished the labs. They are now showed as not taken at the map, and I cant figure it out how to write a log at adventure labs I have taken.

I have sadly the same experience. Last week i logged about 15 caches over some days - in the app. When I was at a PC none of them was registered at geocaching.com
I have had problems with drafts over a very long periode, so now I am afraid using drafts. Wich is sad, because it is a good thing - when it work. Groundspeak should absolutely look at this problem witf the official app.

I have solved and finished some of the adventure lab caches around Oslo, Norway, but about 1/3 of the labs I have taken are shown as not finished/unlogged at the map in the Adventure lab - app. It is very frustrationed not to see what adventure lab I have done. It has always been like that, since the first app came, and I tried the new version of the app today, but the problem is still there. I have signed in and out severalr times.

Is it possible to get notifications at mail when someone find my adventure lab, as we do when someone find a geocache?

I downloaded Geooh go because of Wherigo, but I cant figure it out how to download the cartridges. The app doesnt show any options of download cartridges.

Logged 9 finds from the app while caching yesterday, came home, and only 2 of them showed as logged at my computer. Sent a mail to HQ today since this is not first time.
App version: 7.6.0
Android version: 8.1.0

Both me and a friend had this problem. My friend logged 51 caches by the app, and when he saw at the webpage a while later, 20 og the caches did not get registrated as found. Very enoying....

Agree. I have tried this in other areas with a lot of adventure labs very close to each other, and it seems that the geocaching-app dont load up all adventure labs icons.
