Seriously if you want to do Cathedral Peak cache that is currently out of action (see logs for details - it is a bit of a read) please let let us know and we can make a plan to get it back up and running sooner rather than later. Do we you all still want this cache - we have two options.... time is up we have not had one "find" by a cacher in almost 3 years - your thoughts please!

We are happy to anounce that Willow the Cacher Dog has hit her #200 caches, in doing so has traveled 5319 Kms with us.... what a dog - but that maybe thats just us !

Well month in to the TB "race" and there has been some lots and little movement but it all makes for interesting watching ... The KZN TB Race

Interesting reading - but one question when a TB/GC is picked up does it "leave the country" till it is placed again?

1 ) The is open to EVERYONE - WE ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE 2 ) Yes Rule 1 - TB has to be at the event 3) The orginal idea was TB's only but if you have a new coin you want to enter it can however you will not have an advantage by doing so. If you are quick there is a KZN cacher going the the JHB event this weekend and they can bring your entry back with them.... Look forward to recieving your entry

Just a reminder to get your TB ready for the race starting the 1st week of December 2009. The simplest race rules to date! A web page is already under construction - Thanks DRDM and Raider. Race is open to every one who has a new TB.

For us a good puzzle cache has an 'ahhhh' moment.... at the moment of enlightenment! A great one blows the bulb.... We try when setting a puzzle cache to have 'Ahhh' moments - most of them are not very hard once the 'ahhh' moment has happend. Some of a our favourites are our own so we will not say which ones but 'Fiddle Sticks' is great fun.

Just a reminder that all TB's that want to enter the KZN Christmas race need to be newbees... Rule 1 clause 1 So far no entries recieved - looks like our entry may win this one!

Just a reminder to all sandpit dwellers that there will be a travel bug race starting at the Annual KZN Christmas get together ( venue and details to follow). The race will start at the event and conclude at the following years Christmas event. The rules are simple..... 1) TB to attend the event. 2) Most Miles Wins! 3) There are no more rules. Other provinices can enter TB's and the provincial team race. (details to follow)

Not one of our new caches got found on the weekend.... Is there something we did wrong ?

That does ask the question when next you guys are coming down to Durban - we have a few caches for you that will work up a thurst....

A point to note when heading off to Hluhluwe Game Reserve is that the Wild Card is no longer accepted. The Rhino Card still is! The cost of Entry is now R90.00 per person. There fore a car of four adults is R360 and Rhino Card is R495 per annum therefore two days in the reserve and your are quids in! Just a thought.
