  1. If there is no one there to vet the emailed answers then it appears that anyone can.
  2. Bring a trash bag and pick up trash while you search.
  3. Since you only have five finds you would be better off to go ahead and pick another name and re-log those caches under the new moniker. It's far easier for you to do that than for it to be fixed on the website's end.
  4. That's a good idea. The description say it's a micro but people are leaving small trades so it can't be too small. Rattslinger, post some pictures of the area around the cache if you can. We'll find it.
  5. With that cache description I'd be looking for a magnetic key box under a bench. Maybe a velcro-ed film cannister. Either way, think low.
  6. Plenty of opinions around here, so what's one more, eh? DDR.... You guys didn't set a new world record. What you did is called cheating. You pulled a Tonya Harding and have lost the respect of the entire geocaching community. Give it up pal, it's over.
  7. Turn it on. Take it outside. Wait about ten minutes for it to do its thing. Oh, yeah... Watch the satellite page as it locks on to the birds.
  8. I'd go with the Legend but have no idea where it can be had for less than $100. Instead of Google Earth you can download USAPhotoMaps from www.jdmcox.com and use Terraserver satellite images to do the same thing with better resolution.
  9. No idea what a chache is, though.
  10. I think the OP is offering legal title to a Plymouth Duster as a FTF prize. I think.
  11. Yeah, click on the 'make this page print-friendly' link.
  12. Check your spam folder.
  13. I think Chick tracts were the impetus for CITOs.
  14. I carry this one... Cammenga Compass
  15. And the little 'gas gauge' shows the size of the cache.
  16. #1: Sounds fine to me. As long as you get it back in service quickly what can be the harm? Sounds to me like you'll have it replaced before the owner even knows its gone. #2: Probably caused by the difference in the time zones between where you live and Washington State.
  17. I have an E2 and use Cachemate and GSAK. Works great.
  18. I've dealt with gpscity, they are very good, very fast.
  19. Nothing really to add here, just wanted to say EXCELLENT word usage here! Bec Obfuscation. One I.

Here is a page that is helpful to me. http://www.web-source.net/html_codes_chart.htm
  21. Rather than having the state pages display the caches sorted by 'nearest', each newly listed cache could have its coordinates displayed beside the link to the cache.
