  1. If you want the opinion of a devout atheist, here it is... It's your cache. Do what you want with it.
  2. Here's an example.... http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...&log=y&decrypt=
  3. It's affecting my pages too. Is there a fix in the works for this?
  4. Make sure your ad/popup blocker is allowing the maps to appear on the cache pages.
  5. I think more information is needed to answer your question. If you tell us the parameters of your search, maybe someone can recreate the PQ and figure this out.
  6. To download GPX files you have to be a paying member. For Google/KML, I'm not sure if that's a premium feature or not. If not, look on the right side of your account page, the download button will be there.
  7. A wall wart is usually a battery charger. One of those little black transformers that stay plugged in all the time whether it's charging a battery or not.
  8. Press the Mark button. The waypoint page will open. Toggle the round Rocker button to the Location Window (where the cordinates are displayed) and push the Enter button. From there the new coordinates can be entered. <EDIT> To make the GPS recognize the waypoint as a geocache just set the Waypoint Symbol (Top Left of Waypoint Page) to the little treasure chest.
  9. How? How what? Request the Pocket Query GPX file? Or get that GPX file into GoogleEarth? To get the GPX file, look on the right side of your account page. You'll see Premium Features and under that will be a link to Build Pocket Querys. Set the search terms as you want them and the GPX file will be emailed to you shortly. To get the file into Google Earth, unzip the file and open Google Earth. On the left side of the screen you'll see the Places Window. Scroll down to the bottom of the Places Window and you will see the Temporary Places folder. Now, just drag and drop your GPX file into that Temporary Places folder.
  10. Find | Waypoints Toggle to the Menu option (Top right, beside the X) Delete All.
  11. One Devil to another...try USA Photomaps...much better resolution(2 meter) http://www.jdmcox.com/ Yes, in urban areas the UsaPhotoMaps resolution is much better than Google Earth. But for city caching GE is far better. I tend to have both open at the same time.
  12. Does your GPS have an internal compass? If so, it sounds like it needs to be calibrated.
  13. The same guy who wrote UsaPhotoMaps has a great little program for resizing images. Small (150 KBytes) and simple. Go to http://www.jdmcox.com/
  14. You could drill a hole in the tree so the water drains out. If it's your tree... or you have permission...
  15. I've used them. Very fast, very helpful, good price. No worries.
