  2. "Can I have one? Please Please?"

Could that be because of your name :anibad::D ?

These coins are not authorized by any clubs in Tennessee except for Billys club. :):D

I didn't know he needed club's special permission to make a coin.

  3. And yes avro, I think thats a good idea about putting participants addresses on the document of the next trade.

Then I won't be able to delete your address from the google address book and bug you by sending multiple emails :D

*** Disclaimer - I did not really delete her address, but it was missing. ***

  4. After just starting caching, we see an event is going to be held close to our area. So we decided to go. We sit down and are a little worried about these people. We all ate then shared a little info about each of us. The oddest looking person was very kind and even gave me and my oldest daughter each a geocoin! I came to find out he is BBB (ranked about 10th in finds in the world). BBB made us feel welcome and started us into geocoins.

    So, I nominate BBB.

    Thanks

  5.

    Not really.

It shouldn't really matter if the owner of a coin you want fancies something on your list. The program isn't set up to do direct trades (unless that's the best solution for a particular pair of coins). It only matters that SOMEONE really wants something on your list. The program should then try to find the best series of trades required to get everyone the coins they want.

Sorry, I was trying to oversimplify the trading process to state that if your coins are not highly desired, you probably won't get the coins you highly desire (if they are highly desired by others).

  6. Oh, I'm not complaining. But I thought that the coins you listed first in your "want formula" took precidence over those listed later...

That is true they do take precidence, but the one who has the coin you want may want to trade for other coins before yours. Thus if you wanted COINA, you rank it first on your list. And if I own COINA and see something I REALLY want to trade for, I will list your coin high too, but maybe I just want to trade my coin for COINB (which you don't own).

So now matter if you list one or a hundred coins you want, if that person doesn't want to trade or wants other coins first, you won't get that coin.

    Did I clear anything up?

  7. I leave them in caches.....

Where are you leaving the next one Billy?

I mostly give mine as FTF prizes, but have done cointests and given at local events.

    Edited for spelling
