Was doing a cache in the Pueblo Reservoir area this last summer when I was watching my step and observed two large black very hairy legs reverse back down a hole I just walked by with a round webbing in the front of it (ill see if I can find the picture & post). I did a double take and realized that I did just see a Tarantula scurry back down into the hole as I walked by it two inches from my foot.
They are actually pretty poor in quality. A small maglite (2AA) is tremendously better. I purchased one and sent it back because the plastic lens over the bulb is actually a piece of magnifying plastic.
I went to the rules and have sent a letter to the mentioned company for a winner list from this last year. I sent the list approximately late November and before the Dec. deadline to do so. I have yet to recieve any notification of who won.
(Mailman will probably knock me upside the head with it tomorrow)
Boil gently in saltwater. Purchase Taxidermy grade Hydrogen Peroxide from taxidermy supply and soak. Super glue loose teeth back in and spray with clear lacquer.
Very gross suggestion #1>>My cousin the outfitter says a person can insert the skull into a thick black trash bag and leave in the sun and over time the maggots will do the work for you.
Welcome to GC! I had a gnomad I turned loose in Colorado stolen at the second stop. I'm still @#$%!!! Have also had seven of eleven TB's disappear. I no longer contribute to the cause.
Heck! I figured out her problem. She has no smiley face at all! Heres a few she can have
(Most Republicans need an overabundance of these becasue they have never had any)
Thou shallst not fondle thine coins.
Rarest I have is probably the 1890's five dollar gold piece worth $5,000.00 ten years ago.
Geocoins? I dont keep these becasue people buy these to have them circulate, just like TB's.
Reminds me of the locksmith that delivered a safe to a satellite tracking military base in Co. Springs one time. Military checked all of his truck inside and outside. NEVER asked to open the safe in the back of the truck or look in it. What a nice grenade that would make with explosives in it. Kinda makes a person wonder sometimes.
