  1. Needs to be. Just due to the fact that I know they LOVE us so much. And I would know of absolutely nobody that has ever made TB's out of their dollar bills. (walks away very slowly whistling, and rolling his eyes around)
  2. My review, for what it is worth, lol. Have gone through five pairs of Merrells in the last four years. When Merrell decides to stop changing its tread patterns and compounds their shoes will be worthwhile, and not wear out so quick. Every six months I see new tread designs, and the newest arent any good on trails I believe. Prior to this I was a VERY firm believer in their shoes. I purchased the above shown Solomans for $39.99 through fatwallet.com's store Sierra Trading Post, saving around $80.00, and getting 3.3% cashback also. You can also recieve free shipping with STP, but this you will have to find out how to do on your own. I cant give it all to you! I am enjoying these shoes very much, appears to be that I have to have them very snug on my feet to get their maximum advantages. Also, standing or stepping on wet rocks is dangerous with them because they get very slippery on the bottoms when wet, other than this they are good. Good luck!
  3. Just to set a point; I wasn't advocating the "I CARE YOU *****," only the coion copy issue. There are other ways to get a point across then the "I CARE YOU***" statement included in the above.
  4. Yep. A number of cachers have made the mistake of asking a stranger "Are you looking for the same thing I am?" Sir, would that be the "Pickle Park cache?"
  5. What dmrod said. Some people just need to wake up and smell the money.
  6. Beef Jerky in the pants pocket. Right next to the Doggy strips. Torry, is there a taste difference?
  7. And there is a difference in a coin collection stolen thats valued as a whole collection, and set out to be shared with others at $400.00?
  8. Last time I did this it was about 0* outside in the snow, midnight, and with a headlamp. I was on top of the bluff watching the cop car try and figure out where I was in the city park below me. Quite fun watching the cops from an Ex-Cops point of view, rflmao.
  9. ...And until people stop stealing coins that myself, and others, pay for that is what I will be leaving inside of cache containers. I have begun to leave copies ONLY because something/person here has been bound and determined to steal MANY TB's and COINS in the last year in Colorado Springs. I have seen some very nice coins ( UK's, Icecreamman's Coins, etc.) up and disappear due to other peoples disrespect, towards other cachers. I am sorry if some see me as being "unfair," but my money is not free, nor are the coins I purchase to share here, nor tb's I purchase to play with, and release so that other FAIR playing gamers can use them also in their stats here also. I am all for having a great, fantastic, fun filled time in this gamefield but sometimes the $$$ adds up. How would you like it if your GPS was stolen?
  10. Very sucky in the winter, mine failed miserably up on top of the mountain. The threads (male) allowed water to seep in all winter long. Replaced it with a five gallon bucket and the bear opened it. Cant win for losing. By the way this is my new bear cache container testing grounds (alot of bear activity here in Dragonfly Meadow).
  11. Oh I am so sorry, but I just have to inform him. Yes there are caches at rest stops that you can find. And in Colorado, I am not sure about elsewhere, but there are also men at those rest stops looking for men with or without a gps. Be Very Careful out there, as the world is getting very weird.
  12. Hey, I just closed this topic. And by the way, nobody in that clip is exhaling cold air. Think about that?
  13. It's called theft by receiving. Give it back to the owner, you might be surprised what can happen.
  14. Let me ask Hikeron about "Speck,'" and I'll get right back to you on this issue. He actually "saluted" me when he found it, lol.
  15. 108) You will become a very indigenous person after four years of solo-caching. 109) you will lose count of the snakes you come across (rattlers, etc.). 1 Bear and 1 Cat, lots of coyotes, turkeys, lizards, and bighorn sheep. 110) Your bookcase becomes the "old junk I found Mecca." 11) You learn to "borrow" those half used rolls of TP from work, and put them in zip-lock bags to store in you Camelbak bladder cases for later use.
  16. Then you should go back and read the Terms Of Use I beleive that falls under Paragraph 4(j) "Stalk," harass, or otherwise harm another Site user. If you don't feel the need to peruse the whole thing. And the other falls along the lines of theft, of whomevers money was spent to purchase the gamepiece to play the game with!!!!!!!!! I have had it with people stealing TB's, Coins, and caches! Nobody says or reprimands the thiefs here or there, so be it!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. It's not uncommon. Did you add any information along with the bugs? Bug sheet, laminated tag? All over the Colorado Springs area for some reason.
  18. Oh please remeber me also. I bought some from you recently. Hee, Hee, Hee.
  19. Pester them continously and the npost their name here for others to be aware of. Worked for me.
  20. Ask politely, and then after I recieve it I think I would go up to one of the mtn. tops here and turn it loose in a cache. The fun part is always watching it leave a cache and see who gets it.
  21. Need I go to that "other" Site and look around?
  22. I typed it in on a whim, because I never thought it would work, and when it worked I was amazed. I'm very easily amused.
  23. Just saw a commercial on CNN, while watching Larry King, about Volvo hiding car, or something somewhere. You have to go to their dealer and get a map. Hmmmmm.
  24. Best two words I ever bought for $30.00 a year, why would I want to get rid of them?
  25. Because some of the places it takes me to are very neat and only a select few of us get to go there and enjoy it. The stage stop thats still standing is pretty cool (no, there will be no cache there).
