I'm a new geocacher and just purchased my premium membership in July. It has been working flawlessly for a little over a month. As of yesterday, I am being blocked from viewing premium member caches. I read the frequent questions page, and followed the suggestion to log out, shut down the browsers, and log in again clicking on the "remember me" tab, but that didn't work. Help!! Thanks.

I've also tried contacting them, and haven't heard back. I also noticed that they haven't logged on to the geocaching site since Sunday.
