  1. No clubs that I'm aware of, but a lot of Space Coast cachers use www.cacheflorida.com
  2. You can go to www.keenpeople.com to see a leaderboard report, but CCCooperAgency has over 4000 finds.
  3. Ever gotten hurt geocaching? Describe your worst geo-injury here.
  4. Not strange at all. I usually decline to pick up TBs and usually don't trade at all. Just want to find the cache, sign the log, and get outta there.
  5. I brought it up but no one took the bait. :-( Nothing like a good mass debate over homos and homophobes. ;-) RobertM Geo 116, 134 Oh-oh. The H word.
  6. Not to worry...I just sent mapquest an email requesting they restore the aerial photos feature. I'm sure they'll be back on line any minute now.
  7. I've done it...but not on purpose. I downloaded the waypoints to my GPS but the PQs didn't make it to my pocketPC. Doh! Caching blind.
  8. Have we started talking about reststop weirdos yet?
  9. Anybody every heard of Superdug69? He picked up my TB in Colorado in July and it never reappeared anywhere. Emails were not returned. Any help is appreciated.
  10. Oh no! This is terrible. I used this all the time. Additionally, it looks like they eliminated the BIG MAP button.
  11. I have a spreadsheet with multiple tabs in it. I can cut and paste from MY CACHE PAGE or enter individually. The spreadsheet totals up all cache finds by type and state so I can enter it on www.keenpeople.com The spreadsheet also tracks all my FTFs and DNFs. I have a section that runs queries on my Excel DB and syncs up with MY STATS on gc.com. It includes automatic graphs of finds by type, finds by state, and finds by month.
  12. The French say, "War? Danger? Ahh! I'm scared!"
  13. Ha! I'm too cheap to find an expensive cap like that. I just warn the finders to bring a wrench! See this cache: MonkeeWrench
  14. This cache is located in Melbourne, Florida. It is an underwater cache. The hider used a 2 quart cooler with a screw top and ziplocked bags inside. The cooler was attached to a paver and placed in water about 6 feet deep. It was placed outside a roped swimming area so no (legal) swimmers would accidentally find it, but cachers would. You could see the white paver from the surface. Towelie
  15. Interesting read, but nobody ever found it...and there are no pics.
  16. It sounds like the playing field is already level and you want to make it unlevel against this guy. If he works that hard to get FTF glory, then he deserves it. Just my $0.02
  17. If I want to discuss a new cache with my admin, I have to: 1. Know who he is 2. Find an email link Could there be an admin email page where all the links are listed and you could just select, for example, "Florida admin/approver" link and get his email?
  18. So here's the numbers so far: CCCooper 1181 Waldenrun 1144 (2000ish overall) Stayfloopy 1037 Cachemonkeez 390 Bitbrain 141 OzGuff 89
  19. How many records in your gallery? Who has the most?
  20. I've heard that Nashville is the most cache-dense place in the world. However, if you're planning a vacation, why not come all the way down to Florida and enjoy the nice weather and great caches we have down here? And spend some money here - we want to maintain our state-income-tax-free status!
