There are some rumblings about a Minnesota loon coin coming out in the future so I would like to keep the loon icon reserved if that does happen.

I am looking for someone to redesign the icon for the CACHE MN geocoin. Here is a pic of the coin Here is the current icon. ( I like it. It just needs to be cleaned up) Please post your ideas in this thread. There should be 2 icons - 1 16 X 16 pixels and 1 32 X 32 pixels. I will choose the winning design November 17 2006 and the winner will receive 2 free sets ( 2 gold 2 silver ) of CACHE MN geocoins. Let me know if you need more details. Thanks merkman

Here is one I took. I think it is pretty cool. Hey Mr Happy was dirty after a long trip on the road.

The custom icon is up now. But I think it needs a little tweaking. I will see what I can do to get it a little clearer and not cropped so it reads CACHE MN not CACHE MI Sorry about the icon troubles. merkman

There is no limit to the silver in the current minting there were 300 made. The gold will never be made again.
