  1. Heres one for ya Blodlizard!! Encounter with WN7
  2. I don't like holding on to alot of TB at the same time for long. Because I have a PTB that I long in and out of all the caches I go to and that list of TBs to drop would get rather large. Also it would piss me off if someone had my TB like that too.

    bugless tags?

Sometimes the people that activte the TB don't really know what to do. We had a TB come in our direction that didn't have anything attached to it. The owner didn't know to. SO someone was nice enough to attach something for them.
  4. quote:Originally posted by Markwell:Or http://www.xsnrg.com/geocachingwa/asp/travelbugsheet1.asp for a really good one (based on one of mine). Only problem is the size it prints off. I'd suggest similar wording but with a much smaller font. I use this one too... Except that after I print it out I take it to kinkos shrink it 50% (it comes out 3X3) and then hard lamiate it then attach it to the TB. So far I don't have one TB thats gone missing yet. (knock on wood)

  6. As I said in the other thred... Sounds like an idea but, its still listed in the Feb Geogathering. Where is it actually right now... I'm heading to a Geogathering this weekend in Nashville, TN. I'll bring it with me if I can get my hands on it. Also we got two gatherings comming up in Memphis and one we are planning one going to in Jackson, MS.

  8. So do we know what caches the 12 Buddhas are in?
  9. I'm with you! Spongebob is my official Mascott!! I also have a SpongeBob GeoPants TB.
  10. OK, I'll tell ya what I'll place it out there Sunday morning to help give yall some breathing room. But I don't think it will have the same effect though.
  11. I was thinking about putting it out early but, if I told you why that would spoil the suprise now wouldn't it!?! Sorry about that though!
  12. The deeper in the woods your cache is the better. I have about 6 caches most of them are deep in the woods and I havn't had anything happen to them. But I did have this one I tried to place in a nice park which didn't have any caches nearby so it seemed like a great place. I've had that thing stolen by Geomuggles TWICE!! :CWL003 (Check out my log) I even hid it in a separate part of the park the second time, but they still got it. The first time it was in a small section of the woods I should of known it wouldn't last long there. The second time it was under a walking bridge barly visible! I'm not going to replaced it again. I'm just going to find a different park next time.
  13. Sorry Jamie! I read your log... Thats why I put the note on the page about not going until THAT DAY! See yall there!
  14. I don't know if anyone has suggested it yet, but I'd like to see a Archived cache link. Every now and then when watching the number of caches in my area it usually goes up but every now and then it goes down. Its really hard to figure out which ones went missing sometimes. Just wondering if this is in the works? Thanks!
  15. You can download the .loc file and open it with MS Excel delete the unessary fields and save it. Open MS MapPoint and plot the caches with thumb tacks just like this: The blue pins were where a moving cache has been.
  16. Well you can't edit someone else's log, but you can e-mail the user and ask him to edit his log. I had someone that gave a ovious hint to the location of my cache even though I had a hint already. He had it encrypted but I didn't like it, it totaly gave it away. I e-mail him and asked him to remove it. He was ok with that and fixed his log. If that doesn't work for you, you can always permanently encrypt his log. That way no can read what he typed and it doen't take away his find. Beware once you permanently encrypt you can't uncrypt it. I'd try E-mailing the user first.

If lucky, I have a new car. If unlucky, I don’t - but I won’t be under suspicion of aiding a felony. I'm with TeamJiffy that sounds like an idea.
