  4. My coins arrived a few days ago and they are great looking. NCFiddler <><
  5. I found a YJTB this morning here in Western NC. It had been in the Ten Foot Falls cache (GCNK28) for almost 3 months. It's not that hard of a cache, just somewhat out of the way. On summer weekends this is a very popular swimming area. I was amazed that the cache was still hidden and secure. NCFiddler <><
  6. My coins arrived Saturday afternoon securely packaged and in perfect condition. These are really nice coins. Thanks SQ for making this a reality. NCFiddler <><
  7. I bought my copy of CN 8 from gpsnow.com. $127 shipped 2 day Fed Ex. I've used it for a week on my 60csx, so far great results. Autorouting is working great. You will want a larger memory card as I loaded only 4 regions of Western North Carolina, and 4 regions that include Philadelphia, Baltimore, DC, and South Jersey and it took almost 60mg of storage, which almost fills the preinstalled memory card. I'm waiting on my 1gb microSD. Ordered it from Amazon, $44 including free shipping. Hope this info helps. NCFiddler <><
  8. I ran the updater this afternoon and within a minute or so picked up 51. I'm located in NW North Carolina. EPA ran between 14ft to 17ft.
  9. The 60csx is very non-obtrusive on a belt clip. Also thanks for the suggestion about clipping the wrist cord with a caribiner. I've noticed that the belt clip sometimes has a tendency to slide a little.
  10. I am looking at buying a gps for both geocaching and work. After much research I have settled on the Garmin gpsmap 60x series. From what I can tell the only difference between the 60cx and 60csx is the built-in electronic compass and built-in barometric altimeter in the 60csx. For those who have used one or both of these gps units, how important are the electronic compass and altimeter for geocaching and everyday turn-by-turn uses? Is it worth the extra money? Thanks.
