1. Over here in Ireland we use 999 for emergency’s. But you can dial 112 from you GSM phone anywhere in the world and It will connect you to the local emergency service. Could be just a European thing though. "I am not overly concerned"
2. I notice that some people sign the log book but don't post the find on geocaching.com. Is this common practice? "I am not overly concerned"

6. Most people would log the cache on geocaching.com when found. Make sure you're logged in. From the homepage click on "hide and seek a cache". From here you can search for the cache page by waypoint or name of cache (search by keyword). When on the cache page click on "log your visit" on the top right. Now all you have to do if fill in what you want to say! I am not overly concerned

14. If you are thinking of taking biking up as a hobby, as well as using it for geocaching spend the money and get a half decent bike. If it's just for geocaching I agree with what the others have said, don't spend more than 150 - 200.
15. mountain biking the only way to geocache! I have a Giant AC2. Great bike. I have front and rear suspention, hydro disc brakes, the works. it depends what kind of biking you'll be doing. cross country will only require front suspention. Other good makes are Trek and Garry Fisher. I have a rack that fits on the back of my tow bar, but you can also put it in the back of my jeep if you take off the quick release weels. Can't give you price advice, I live in Ireland where we pay doubble for everything!
16. I was talking to another cacher the other day. He was talking about getting a dublin caching event going sometime in the summer.

19. Can you delete unwanted pocket queries? For example, you can create up to 5 pocket queries. If I have 5, and want to get rid of one so I can create a new one, how do I go about doing it? Cheers. Donnacha.
