  1. Show off! Congrats on all the finds and also on all the hides and events.
  2. 300 seems to be the breaking point. Here's where things really get going! See you on the trail sometime.
  3. Mine range from .3 to 3.8, of which there is only one left for me to do. (Headless Horseman Cache). I ran out of time on my "cross the Hudson River and log all the caches in my 20 closest" trip and haven't been over there since. In addition to that one, I need 8 more to complete the 40 closest.
  4. Like Macatac, I joined very quickly after finding the site so MOC's aren't my reason for being here. I do like the idea though. I took a caching friend to a MOC and when he tried to log it and saw he couldn't, he send in his money. Tomorrow I'm planning to grab one or two of GWHO's member's only caches in the Palisades.
  5. Well done. I'm with you on this one. Especially since this is the only forum I read regularly now due to time constraints, and if there were no new congratulatory threads, this place would be a ghost town.
  6. I'll put up a wager that Metaphor has ten toy clams ready to make good on that wager.
  7. Way to go, Macatac! I enjoyed our run though the last three caches together in Harriman last month. Hope to cache with you again soon.
  8. Thanks everyone. It's gotta be some kind of record. 100 caches in just twenty-six short months of caching!
  9. Congrats to Quoddy for reaching this impressive milestone at Captain Avroair's Harriman Pirates & Picnic Event. I'm glad I was there to share the milestone with you (even though I didn't know it at the time).
  10. Looks like Team FosterBass will be able to attend. (yeah, it's just me on the "team" but I felt akward at the CT Jamboree for not having a Team Name.) I'll bring a bunch of veggie burgers to offset some of the BeefHeartBurgers that were served up last time. I'll also bring two cases of water and a case of diet soda.
  11. You don't look a day over 300. Congrats on the finds as well as the hides.
  12. 200? 50 more and you'll probably have to re-order the Straatmaker 5 signature cards! Congrats.
  13. From the old locator, it looks like all the parks are included. Did you try going to the Trail Conference office? Even though it's out of print, they may have some. If it's not convenient for you, I could check it out at lunch tomorrow (it's only a few miles from work).
  14. GeologyGirl found over 150 caches in 36 hours to pass the big milestone. She has some logging to catch up on, but according to her profile, #1000 was Calibration Station or Take a Number (TN) and #1100 was probably one of the Dalmatians (TN). I had a chance to cache with GeologyGirl in Connecticut last month during the CT Geocaching Jamboree. She kept us going for 'just one more' two or three times. Congrats on the accomplishment. I'd love to read your "How I spent my summer vaction" essay in September!
  15. Thanks, but I was sort of in denial. Getting old? Nope. Must've just twisted it. Yeah, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
  16. That's about five miles from where I work! Thanks.
  17. What's the name of your guy in Mahwah? After the Africa Loop today my knee is killing me.
  18. It's not required that private property be locked or labelled. If it's not public property, it's private property. Tresspassing is illegal even if it doesn't say "no tresspassing."
  19. I am going to try to join you, but don't wait for me because I might go biking instead.
  20. I remember you mentioned in #geocache that you were leaving for Prague soon, but I had no idea you were moving there! You and I always seemed to pick different events and group hunts to attend, so we never met - maybe next time. Until then, happy caching and have a safe trip home.
  21. Wow. Nothing like going for #500 on a micro-cache with a few DNF's! Well done.
  22. Hey thanks! Same to you.
  23. Automatic renewals get notified via e-mail before the renewal.
  24. If the friend in question was one John Dillinger, the WG$ has probably been placed in Here's George (GCJBYC)
  25. My long-term goal is to visit the oldest cache in each state.
