  1. I had never had a issue with it.

I have had this problem for more than a month. I know other geocahers who do not have this problem and so I would like to find a way of sorting it out without having to use the Pocket Queries and then wait for an email which takes a while to reach me.

    Any ideas please?

  2. I had the same problem. No offense to the people that run the Groundspeak website, but it does not seem to be very user-friendly/intuitive. 90% of my job involves 'stalking' people on the internet, so I am very internet savvy, but struggled to find links for the pocket queries and other information i needed to get started with geocaching.

    I agree 100% with you.

  3. from the geocaching website click on your name in the top right corner... scroll down about half way and under premium member options you will see the option to "build pocket querys" click on it and it will tell you where to go from there :)

Thanks so much. I have the problem solved now. :o

  4. I find that although I tick the box asking for found caches and one`s I have hidden to be excluded, they still appear on the list of caches in my area. Help! How can I exclude these caches from the list?

The exact words on the website ar " Exclude your owned or found items from results" When I put a tick in the box next to this statement, my own caches and found caches are still shown in the results. I am using an ordinary PC
