As a Canadian living in America, I've heard my fair share of Canada jokes from friends and co-workers. Apparently, the more tired I am, the more the accent comes out. I've even got some of my close friends saying "eh" at the end of their sentences now!
Still, even after being friends for 7 years, I still manage to confuse them. My top hits are:
* Saying that I'm sore-ree when I bump into them
* Asking if they like bah-sal on their pizza
* Telling them to undo the last computer action by hitting control zed
* Asking them where to find the washroom
And so on! What can you do, eh? I'm proud of my Canadian accent and don't intend to ever change!
