I have a 600 and I love it. it has got me within 3 feet of most caches,it is alittle hard to learn how to use,but worth it

I use a PDA and a Laptop. But i bought a pda that holds an SD card so i can back up everthing, if you buy a card big enough you could put all your maps on it, after reading all the post i decided to stay away from Palm, i bought mine from hp refurb dept and it works great. saved alot of money too. I started to use my laptop less and just upload to my pda right from my PC at home. and paperless is a whole bunch easyer ( Good English here) LOL

Hey, i have a 600 and its working great after i did the upgrade. Can anyone tell me how to upload geocaches from mapsend, it only does waypoints and Pois Try the upgrade and seee if that works

I have the Manager loaded,but i can't figure out how to convert them

Ok, I have a 600 w/MapSend loaded and can transfer POI, Routes, ect but i am just wondering where on the Mapsend are Geocahes, everything i upload goes right to My POI, i cannot figure out how to change them to my Geocahes any body else figure this out? (OOPS my bad I have MapSend TOPO 3d) i still need the help, or maybe an upgrade?

Just did a look at the GPS and when you press GOTO again it give you a list that says NEW, CANCEL, CONTINUE,EDIT,DELETE, nothing else do i need to download the up grade again?

Just got a 600 also and did the upgrade, but noware can i find a way to mark a cache as found, an it says there is a way on the site, but no directions. any help would be great

First you need to upgarde the new firmware, I have loaded the 3d on mine ( xL600) and it works just fine I just loaded the whole state of Idaho and Montana with no problem other than it took about 30 min. to do That was a 150mb,MAKE SURE you load to an SD card only.... Bert

First you have to convert the maps with the manager then send to your GPS But i use an sd card because at sometime you will have to delete the memory to do upgrades ect, i just bought a 600 and had to do the upgrades and it wiped out all, so now i put everthing on a sd card i use a 256k and have loaded everything on it w/map and about 200 caches on only used 10%...antways just my 2cents worth Bert

Just got the 600xl 2 days ago, and i love it. easy to read without my reading glasses. still learning the format tho. the file system is kinda funky
