IMHO it's not commercial because Disney doesn't need Caches to get more customers The real question is should one ask permission because it's on a private property? I would say yes except if you like urbancaching! Legendeo game is still in Beta!

I didn't know about that one!! Since I am planning myself a multi-cache game I can learn a lot from Dan's work. Mine will be around 20-30 puzzles pieces + the brain teasers!! Fun is not only for Ohio!! Legendeo game is still in Beta!

I was wondering how you guys could geocache in the snow? Besides the first one who finds the cache it should be pretty easy for the others to follow the trail in the last few feet. Unless you also create fake trails that take the lazy geocachers nowwhere! Legendeo game is still in Beta!
