Boomer and his Cache Bandits hit 1500
Log Date: 11/18/2007
Cache #1500[][][]. YAH!!! Who would have thought less then three years ago, we'd be at this milestone. We were headed home from the desert and this one popped into my head [}] as a milestone cache for two reason. One, Skillet has placed alot of caches out here that aren't really thought of as milestone caches so this is kind of an INO find. Second, I searched and searched back in April only to find out it was muggled or missing. The ROCK nightmares still linger, so this was like closure for me. Nice Rock...Nice Rock. TNLNSL TFTC
Awesome numbers goin on! Congrats to all!
-
Congratulations to jahoadi and john who just reached 6000 finds!

We will let ya know how it gos for sure! we have done walked some of the other trails in the area and loved it!About half way we are wondering where the guys on the tricycles are! []

It's easier if you do the pushawalla trail backwards, I think it's #1 then #2 ,then #29 on down ! I did both trails quite a while ago.

We are planning on walking the Pushawalla Sunday Nov.11th..Any suggestions on how to go about it?
$kimmer and I did that trail by ourselves a couple of years ago. We did it counter clockwise, but I don't think it makes any diff. which way you go. I do remember Team Nohoch telling us that might be the easier way,you will still have to climb back up out of the canyon......but it isn't difficult.
Very cool trail, you don't even notice the 5 miles because you are stopping constantly for caches!!!
Have fun!
Splashette
Thanks so much for your input! We are looking forward to the hike!

Have you seen our new name..? kwver is now kwvers!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There's two of you?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well you know...Props were always due to Mrs. kwver who is the brains of the team...She spots the cache and I fetch...We were known as kwvers for awhile and decided to make it official...Changing the name was no problem with Groundspeak...
How do I change my username?
SolutionDue to a recent feature change to our website, we now have the ability to grant username changes under qualifying circumstances. Approvals of username changes are at the discretion of Groundspeak, Inc. and need to comply with the Terms of Use listed here: http://www.geocaching.com/about/termsofuse.aspx .
Please ensure the username is available before making the request via a search using this page: http://www.geocaching.com/email
If your search comes up empty, then the username is available. Note: It is not necessary to create an account using the intended username. We'll do that. If the username already exists and has ever been validated, or the username has been used in any way, then the username is not available.
The request for a username change needs to be made from the email address in your account profile and sent to contact@Groundspeak.com. Provide the current username as well as the requested new username. Please make sure you specify the exact spelling, spacing and capitalization for your new username.

I'll be up all night so if anyone needs any help give me a shout...San Pasqual Valley has now been evacuated. That's where Pat (TrailGators) lives...With the wind and smoke and memories of watching the Cedar Fire jump I-15, it doesn't look like we are going to get any sleep tonight either...
Ms. LLOT gave it a go and it just wasn't happening...
Understood...Looks like we all will be on the watch....Do you have family in town? If you feel like you need some rest and would like a wake up call if anything changes let me know. I can do that...What area of town do you live in?
