  1. Here is a short guide to download a single cache to a Garmin Oregon (450) on a Mac:

    1.

Go to the cache page required, and click GPX File (highlighted. It should then download and is visible in the Downloads dialog box if using Safari.

    2.

Got to Finder, select 'Today' from the left hand panel and find the GPX file. Select it, then press Cmd+C to copy it.

    3.

Select your Garmin from the Desktop.

    4.

Once the Garmin is open in finder, go Garmin -->GPX --> and then press Cmd+V to copy it.

Eject your Garmin by dragging it to the recycle bin, and now the GPX file should be on your GPS.

  2. I use the same website as you. It's not that much effort. After you set it up (which you have), when you get some new finds, all you do is download the new pocket query and upload it to the website, which takes about 2 minutes. I only re-upload every week or fortnight depending on how much I cache, so not much effort really. You don't need to copy and paste the html coding each time, just refresh your browser to clear the data cache once you've uploaded the new PQ to the website. But I do agree that adding the official GS statistics to your profile page would be a good option. Also, GS tend not to recognise things like Jasmer and FTFs, so I wouldn't count on them appearing, but you never know :anitongue:

    Edit for bad grammar

  3.

As for my so-called arrogance.....I have nothing to prove to the likes of you.

    .......

I have over 7200 finds, have cached in 9 states, have done 3 Delorme Challenges, 3 State County Challenges, numerous other challenges, have over 350 FTF's, and have 123 hides.

    OK.....

  4. It's probably OK. The other day one of the caches on a new series I put out had a DNF for the first three cachers, but I was confident it was there so I knew the next would probably find it (which they did).
