Lately I have been getting the following error when I refresh the map to include other caches after I zoom out. EO.Web Controls Client Side Debug Message: An error occurred while applying the output. Error message: Failed You can turn off this message by setting EO.Web.Runtime.DebugLevel to 0 (Not recommended for debud build.) Plus I have two small arrows going in a circle with Parsing Geocaches next to them. I use Vista Home Premium with IE7 on one machine and Windows XP Pro w/ IE7 on 2 other machines. The cache I was looking at today was GC18CD9.

There are a few caching groups here in GA. The largest would be the Georgia Geocachers Association. There are a few smaller ones also. The Central Georgia Geocachers, the Coosa Valley Cachers, and the Chattahooche Valley Cachers. Augusta also has a group that cross the state line into North Augusta but I do not know their name. There is also the Military Association of Geocachers which is an international group of cachers who are military, retired military, military family, or military supporter. We are based out of MD but we have chapters all over the place. We have three chapters in GA. One in Waco, one in Savannah and one in Macon, of which I am chapter lead. As for myself, I usually cache with my youngest son. The rest of the family joins us now and than.

Package Received! 12/20/07 Just as we were pulling out of the driveway to leave for vacation, the mailman came and hands me our mail. As I'm going looking through it - Bill, Bill, Bill, Christmas card, Christmas card, Christmas card, small package. I throw the bills and cards on the desk and grab the scissors. I tell my wife I need to open this before we leave. I open it up to find three smaller packages inside. I open each one with anticipation and what do I see but three smaller packages inside. I'll give it a shot. I was about 8 years old and had the lead roll in the Christmas Play at school. We were doing Good King Wenceslas. As the play was progressing, I took center stage for the start of the main song. A little kid sitting on the floor in front of the stage looked and and said "Hey your zipper in open." being as young as I was, I reached down pulled up my zipper and carried on with the show with out missing a line. The crowd thought it was so funny, they laughed for about ten minutes while we continued on with the show.

Actually, the September meeting was supposed to be in Augusta, but the contact person who was to set up the meeting place was unable to fullfill their end so the meeting was moved to the Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center.

I was in VA not to long ago and saw U CACHE 2. The part that I found funny at the time, I was on my way to a cache at the time. I haven't seen any in GA yet.

The August GGA meeting is going to be held at McDaniel Farm behing the Gwinnett Place Mall on the 11th. If you are in the area, please come by. Our August meeting is usually about snakes in GA.

Depending on cost, I would probably be interested.

We have several good associations here in GA. I belong to the following: Georgia Geocachers Assocation Central Georgia Geocachers Chattahoochee Valley Cachers All of these groups and the others I didn't list have a great bunch of people in them. The GGA holds monthly meetings all around the state. Our August meeting has not been scheduled that I know of. As soon as I find out when it is I'll let you know.
