I have got a problem when listing a new cache that I have got British os grid coordinates and I cannot work out how to change them to get them accepted on the site as a new listing. any help as to how to convert my coordinates greatly welcomed:) Many thanks.

I have come across a lot of caches with the following written up online which I have no idea what it means. People have posted... "TB Mileage Trackable Dipped"

I have no idea what this means so can anyone help me with explaining it.
