  1. I'd like to be able to read that thread. You can. For $30 a year. And you'll get Pocket Queries, Cache Along a Route, and more as a bonus! I paid my $30.00 but still don't have a premium member status on the forum. I get all the benefits on the main site. My link Log out of the forums temporarily. Or have you tried that? Ive tried everything I can think of. I emailed Groundspeak on Friday. I'm sure it is only a matter of time. I'm sorry I do not want to lead this thread off topic any further. If you have something to add please do so in my thread. Apologizes for the short hijack.

  4. This method works. I just down loaded my first Wherigo cartridges and loaded them on my droid 2 global. No problems so fair. It's working great.
  5. Great. Good luck & have fun.
  6. +1 on the 40 and cache register. With cr it is so simple to load and manage PQS. Also CR will up load all your field notes to GC. Good luck to you and have fun. Safe caching, Clint
  7. Ive tried that. Also, I cleared cookies & saved passwords, closed out the browser, restarted the computer and then logged into both the main sit and then the forum. Still no go.
  8. During the weekend, customer service support is limited. You will likely hear back during the work week when the Lackeys are back at the Lily Pad. Thanks for your patience. Hey. Thanks for the reply. I got time and I know they are busy.
  9. I sent an email to the link proved last night. I know they are very busy but would like to see this resolved soon. My money is as good as the next cachers.
  10. Try sending an e-mail to contact@geocaching.com. I'm sure they'll take care of it! Thanks
  11. Under my avatar it says premium member but where it says group it only says member. Almost all premium members it says Group + premium member. Also I do not have access to an off topic forum.
  12. I would definitely buy THIS before I spent $160.00 on the Dakota 10.
  13. I just bought a gps. My budget was $150.00. I did a lot of research and bought a slightly used Delorme pn-40 with a lot of extras for $150.00 delivered. Previously I was using a droid 2 global. I am very happy with my Delrome. Youcan buy the 40 right now for $200.00 delivered from Amazon . Please do some research. I think you can find a paperless gps within your budget that you will very happy with. Weather it be a used or new unit. There is someone selling a Dakota 20 on the forum now for $200.00 dollars. I would jump on it. Good luck.
  14. I think the new maps are going to be great once they are finished.
  15. You are making valid points about not destroying areas while caching but here's something to consider thats sad. The public is routinely getting kicked out of public areas. Isn't that sad? Remember if they outlaw geocaching, only outlaws will geocache! I'm in.
  16. OK. I have logged out and back in both on the forums and geocaching.com. I have all the benefits of a premium member on geocaching.com. On the forums still no group + premium member status. Also I see no off topic forum. Any Ideas?
  17. That's right. This looks like a great deal to me. Good luck.
  18. Why would a cacher just watch a muggle , muggle a cache? I'd try to explain the game. If that does not work. I'd chase them off. Either way I'd report it to the co.
  19. On the forums?? Or the main site? Both Yes, there is--except when you're looking at it. I guess there's no need to PM yourself. I thought that might be the case. Just figured while I was at it I would throw it in the mix.
  20. I upgraded this past Sunday 4/30. I have tried logging out and then back in.
  21. Thanks for the welcome. I am happy to have found Geocaching.
  22. Delorme offers a yearly subscription ($30.00) for maps. With the subscription you can down load as many maps as you want and they are yours to keep. Delorme Map Sub Link
