  1. Big congrats to GEMS on his 1000th career find today! He got it at Buck's Landing. We had a wonderful time up there today. Great workout. Be on the lookout for pictures, etc. We also hid a cache for you all....near a great viewpoint of majestic Rainier.

Also Pepper got her 2200th career find today. Congrats!!!!!

Thanks evergreenhiker! & congrats to Pepper!

I hope you can make it!

  5. Sorry Church on Sunday...I couldn't get started until 1:00 on Sunday and then we'd be flirting with darkness...however we could get started earlier then 8:30 to make sure those interested in heading to Portland for that event could make it by 6:00.

  6. You all have very nice collections, I have a ton of military coins, but I guess that doesn’t mean much in the Geo-caching world. I have thought of leaving some in caches but since I'm new not sure if people would be interested. Any advice would be great. Thanks

    I love finding Miltary Coins!

Maybe it's just me but I have always been a collector of stuff (ie. stamps, coins, license plates, rocks, shells).

  7. We could.............we are ready too.

I wasn't part of the unfortunate experience but I do have strong feelings about this cache and would like to join your re-visit? Not for the possibility of meeting the hostiles but for the opposite...a good hike in the beauty of Washington woods with fellow cachers.

Cool! This time let's go in the way runhills did.

    Now let's pick a date.

  8. We were grateful to have been with our friend GEM's.

The feeling is mutual...God was present ...and I'll definately go back to that cache...although I didn't want to for quite some time, I'm ready now...even thinking about making it my 1000th..anyone want to set a date and join me?
