Yes, there is: READ before hitting OK.

Go to the edit page of your bookmark list and UNCHECK the check box "Notify me when items on this list are logged."

Thanks so much for the response. I had a feeling someone would try to put me in my place as opposed to a simple response.

I was hoping someone could help me with this. I am bookmarking some caches found in a local park to obtain a mystery cache. However I keep getting emails every time someone logs them similar to a watched cache. Is there a way for this to not happen?
