Your GPX file has to be reloaded after your log for it to be reflected in GSAK. If you go to the cache page and click on the GPX icon under"Click icon to download", thios should open up GSAK and ask you if you want to load this file. Say yes and it will be updated. You can do this for every new find or have your pocket query run and load that.
I have a "found caches" query that I use to keep GSAK up to-date, but the date found is only filled when I manually enter cache finds into GSAK. Thanks for your suggestion but after I followed your advice and imported a new .gpx file the situation was unchanged (still no entry for date found).

Count Difference
At times the count of my found caches is different between geocaching.com and GSAK v6.0.2. The reason appears to be cache events that I've attended not being shown as found in GSAK unless I change that status manually.
Wist List Request?
Geocaching.com tracks the date each cache is found, but this information is not shown in GSAK after importing .gpx files. Can those dates be imported?

With the "matching" option set correctly my find dates are now recognized and logged in the database. Thanks, Kai Team!
