  1. Sounds more like a IE bug than a GC website bug.

Firefox is a free download... many of these types of problems are solved simply by using Firefox.

...but then, it could be a Win8 problem, too. I hear (so it's just hear-say) that a lot of bugs haven't yet been ironed out.

    Hi

Yes, I am using Firefox now and without the fault, so I would assume its an Internet Explorer 10 problem.

    Thanks

  2. A problem already reported is very similar to mine.

I have recently bought a new computer running Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10.

When I have the map window open, if I attempt to zoom by any method, the window locks, and will not function - except that it can still be dragged about.

I have to close the window then reopen it. It will work ok as long as I do not try to resize the map.

  3. I have to shut the map page down then restart it. Only the map page is affected. Not a massive problem but irritating.

I'll try as you say, Thanks for your help.

  4. There are known problems with the maps freezing momentarily or taking a bit to load when moving/zooming the map. Does it start to work normal or do you have to restart your Internet program or computer. IF it's the second, perhaps a post in the bug report would get some better advice.
