I recently purchased a Oregon 400t to use for Geocaching. I went to set a cache, but couldn't find "averageing". I had a 60CSx before and I like to avarage the cache locations for better accurancy. I can't find any info in the manual. I thought I seen it somewhere when I was playing around. Can anyone help??

I am thinking of buying a Streetpilot 7200 for geocaching and off-road travel. Is it possible (to do easy) to install TOPO 2008 in this unit?

I only take credit for a mutli-cache when I find the last stage of the group. Is this correct?? Or do you get credit for just finding the first stage? Could someone please clarify this for me? I may have been 'shorting' myself.

I do NOT like the Colorado 400t, it "jumps" around hard to use for Geocaching. Can'T get my to load and unload cache info to/from computer. Also, suppose to get 1 month Preimun Mebership and didn't. I am NOT pleased with Garmin, little or no help. I like the CSX 60 for caching, easy to use.

I to just purchased a Colorado 400t and I have problems with it "jumping' around. I have had a etrex Legend and a CSX 60, I thought the 400t would be great (WRONG). It is hard to use over the other 2 machines. The main problem is jumping around, especially when you are on cliff or high point.
How do you "power-off" them, I knew how for the 60 but not this unit.
How to do "averageing" on a Oregon 400t?
