Don't give up yet, I had a TB sit in the hands of a geocachers in England for 10 months!!, after unanswered emails, I figured it was lost, then last week its back in a cache!! I agree that cachers should only take TB's if they are willing to move them within a reasonable time frame. Good Luck.
