  1. Geowoodstock iv is just a short drive for me i just may be back in England to attend this mega event, Team Alamo says it's too far in the future to think about attending right now, but i will try to talk him into it.

  2. Hello. I live in California and my family and I will soon be visiting England. While we plan to see many of the tourist sites (British Museum, National Gallery, Tower of London, St. Paul’s), we are hoping to meet some “locals”. I’ve been geocaching since July 2001 and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met are geocachers. Therefore, I thought it would be fun to meet an English geocacher or two.

I’m a civil engineer, my wife is a psychologist, my daughters are 9 and 11 years old. We fly to London on May 23. Meeting for a picnic lunch in St. James Park on Saturday (26th) or dinner on the 26th somewhere around the London Eye would be great. Another option is to join us on a river cruise on Monday the 28th (bank holiday). There are other options too.

We are also looking for suggestions for interesting caches and things to see/do. We are staying in Notting Hill. We are going to Dover Castle for Living History and “Attacking the Tower” at the Tower of London. We also have a trip to York planned.

To pique your interest, I have a White Jeep (TBM7CQ) that I plan to leave in Euurope.

  3. i got the new 60csx a few months ago and found that the compass does not stat calibrated for long so i turned the compass off and it functions much better, my previous gps was the 60c the upgrade was worth it just for the better reception but i believe i should have got the 60cx model and saved myself some cash, so my recomendation would be for the 60cx.
