[How to find Duplicates]

We found the cache in GSAK that shows 2 as the found count, deleted one of the logs months ago.  We already uploaded a new stat file but that didn't fix GSAK, it is still showing the two original logs although they no longer show in geocaching..  Is there a way to manually override the 2 back to a 1 ?

[My Find Count Is Off]

We have one found count of 2 which is why our stats are off.   I deleted the duplicate log in geocaching, ran a new query, uploaded and the found count for that cache is still at 2.  How do I make it one less in GSAK?

[unable to create new listing]

Trying to create new caches for over 24 hours and getting Oops! There was an error loading potential geocache locations. Please try again later. Then the site just runs and then finally times out. I have tried two different browsers and clearing cookies/cache - no luck, still can't submit the new caches placed.
