  1. In the app some mystery caches won't load and give me the cache information about the cache.  I see the cache on the map, but when I click on the cache it just says Something went wrong - can't load this content (or something in that wording.  I don't have the app in English so I don't know the exact wording the app use in English).  Other caches loads just fine and gives me all the information about the cache.

I've tried to log out and log back in again.  The problem is still there.  I've tried to delete the app and reinstall it.  The problem is still there.  I've also tried to load the cache information while on Wifi and while on mobile data.  The problem is there both on Wifi and mobile data.

On the website I can access the caches just fine.  It's only in the app I have this problem.

    Version information:

    Version 8.56.1
    Android 10
    Samsung SM-G965F

  2. I have this problem too.  I made a draft in the Geocaching APP with a DNF log.  When I go into my drafts on PC Windows 10 and Firefox version 82.0.2 the cache is marked with a DNF log.  But when I click on the link compose log for that cache I get to the new log page and the log type is set to found it.  I'm not able to change that log to a DNF log.  Please fix this issue.  I want to be able to log my DNF drafts as DNF logs using the drafts on PC.

  4. I'm trying to log trackables on the geocaching.com webiste.  I enter the code and then I get the following message The Travel Bug you requested does not exist in the system.
At first I thought I had written the TB code wrong.  So then I entered one of my own registered trackables and I get the same message.  I know the message is wrong since the code I entered is one for a geocoin I have in my hands.
Please fix the website so I can continue to register the trackables I retrieved from today's event that I attended.

  6. I don't get it. Why do the website have to be like the app. The ones who uses the apps doesn't use the website that often. The ones who uses the website doesn't use the app that often because of the difficulty to see the caches on the app. So why change the website to look like the app? It would be wiser to keep the website as it was so that those of us who are struggling with sight, either because we are color blind or because of other difficulties with the sight can have a place to see the caches without having to use other website. If the maps aren't changed I'm not going to use geocaching.com to plan my geocaching. I will use project-gc who has a much more user friendly map.

  7. I marked a TB as missing now since it's not in my cache anymore. To my surprise a log was automatic made and sent in a language I don't understand or can write myself. (probably in german). Why is the automatic log written in another language than English? And are there any ways I can change some settings so the log is written in English?

  8. When I try to go to http://www.geocaching.com I get a yellow line at the top of the page with the text

You are currently using a test Web site. Any interactions on this site are strictly for testing purposes only; any changes you make will not be transferred to the live Web site.

If I try to sign in with my user name maristua I get to this URL https://staging.geocaching.com/login/default.aspx?redir=%2fdefault.aspx%3f and a grey page with the text This webpage is not available

Please get the regular geocaching.com site back up

  9. I'm trying to run a Pocket Queries in Google Chrome. I have ticket the box for Thursday since the server says it's Thursday where it is located. I've submitted the PQ and now I'm waiting for it to become available for download. I've refreshed the PQ webpage several times and still no PQ. When I look at the list of all my PQ the one I want to download have a green marker on Thursday. All my other PQ doesn't have any (since I don't want they to run at the moment).

I've also tried to run this PQ in Internet Explorer to see if that would help. But no luck there either. Does anyone else have this problem?

  10. I can't make new Pocket Query (PQ) today. I get to the PQ page and can make all my choices for the PQ. But when I click on the Submit Information button nothing happens. Anyone else have problems with making PQ today? I'm using Chrome as a browser.

  11. I cache most of the time from a big truck, so have to pass on many memorable caches. Still, in Florida, there are several in the Panhandle rest areas. At the last one, take time for a photo under the A4 painted in the Blue Angel livery. In Mississippi, there is a lunar lander on display near a cache if I remember correctly, and by all means stay on I-10 in Louisiana as I remember none worthwhile along I-12. Several along I-10 west of Baton Rouge may interest you.

I run a PQ and then take a peek at the ones that come up. Bookmark those into your own list to call up easily later.

    Thanks :)

  12. Ditto on VIEW CARRE'. Just make sure you touch base with Bamboozle ahead of time so he's expecting you.

San Antonio has some great caches around downtown, there are a bunch in and around the Riverwalk area.

If you're sticking to I-10 past San Antonio, head up to White Sands National Monument, it's beautiful. Haven't gotten any of the earth caches or virtuals around there, last time I was in New Mexico was in my pre-caching days.

If you're not sticking strictly to I-10 (and I highly recommend you don't), get up to the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon National Parks. (I'd highly recommend Arches and Canyonlands as well.) Obviously there will be some limits with wheelchair access, but the Park Service has done a lot to make those places as accessible as possible. Wupatki National Monument near Flagstaff is beutiful as well.

Thanks a lot for great sugestions. The fastes way would be sticking to I-10 I think. But we are NOT planning to do that. I think we would not see a lot if we stick to I-10. That's why it's great to get these inputs from you. It's not easy to know what we should see while we are there because it is so huge :D

  13. Do you have a tentative route yet? It would help knowing so we can suggest caches. I know lots of great caches but some of them might be out of your way.

The trip is not until february/March 2013 so I have a lot of time to plan. We haven't decided on a spesific route yet. I thought if we had some caches we should not miss it would be easier to find out where we should drive. We could always drive the shortest way, but I don't think that would be any fun. We are coming from Norway to the USA. With geocaching we will be able to see things that we never would have gone to if we haven't been geocaching.

  14. I have posted this question in the South and Southeast forum as well since my trip will go through some states there as well :)

We are 2 friends who are planning a roadtrip from Orlando FL to Los Angeles CA. The only plan so far is that we have to stop by New Orleans on the way. We are planning to use 4 weeks on this trip :)

I know there are A LOT of geocaches a long the way. What I'm wondering if there are any geocaches that we should not miss? Since I'm not a good walker (I use a wheelchair if the distance is more than 100 meter (328 Feet) the terrain should not be rated more than 1.5 or 2.
