[hi all]

new to all this but today we went out and found our first cache and i must say i think we hooked we used my iPhone with good guidance to about 10 meters then a lot of luck to find it luckily my wife had the idea of turning a stone over to find a micro cache

Saw these pics posted in another thread. I love the idea of custom containers. The fav one I found was a log that was split and made into a container. Please post pics or discriptions if you do not have any pics of Cool Custom Cache Containers (ok CCCC's now)

So I planned this cache yesterday, got everything on my little book of coordinates and clues, found the cache today (was my first) and then I was excited to log it and then suddenly it's premium :C Talk about a disappointment.

Hi guys its good to start another season of geo caching again. I cant wait to get back out there again. We moved and i found some behind our house in a park. Once the weather gets nices im going to get them.

If you can find a local event such as "Geocaching 101" or other informal get-togethers, there are often veteran cachers in attendance who will help you find nearby caches.

Hi guys my name is liz and i am very new to this whole geocaching thing and i love it. I have found 2 things so far in 2 different places and was so excited to find them.

I just discovered geocaching and absolutely fell in love with it. I think it's a good way to discover new places that you would never thought of going.

 

In many ways, it's an exciting activities.

I like that its a way to get your excersise in. Im very new to this and have found 2 cach so far and i love it. Im also looking ot meet new people and make friends too.
