You stare longingly at a stack of ammo cans at a local swap meet

You ask the clerk at Wal Mart if "These rubbermaid containers are UV resistant".

You laugh at a coworker that has a GPS that only holds 500 waypoints.

It seems quite a few caches are buried flush with the ground.

Some of the Ebay containers are built specifically for burying.

I suppose if you asked the BLM, they would tell you it is illegal to disturb the rocks or something. :tired:

If you aren't in a park, I don't see the harm in digging.

The Faq did the trick! Thanks a ton.

I was able to restore the unit and load the new firmware.

I even got out and hit my third cache today instead of boxing up my toy :lol:

What a huge help!

I have the user manual and it doesn't have much info at all.

I wonder if your FAQ could be stored in PDF format.

I don't think I've heard of that one. You might give a try to the emergency firmware restoration procedures described in the FAQ in my sig line.

How do I get to your FAQ?

My meridian glitched during firmware upload.

All it does is beep now, no screen.
