  1. I've never been bothered what was actually in the cache but I've always felt that you can't go wrong with a few toys for the young ones. I know that when I was little if someone offered to take me on a treasure hunt for toys I would have been there like a shot. Nothing much has changed except I leave the toys now (sometimes icon_wink.gif )

  3. From Buckhurst Hill station on the Central LIne you could walk to:

    Cold War No More

    and/or

    The Wilderness

     

    From Chingford (mainline) station you can do:

    Obelisk on the Prime Meridian Line

    and/or

     

    Epping Forest Walk

     

    From Cutty Sark on the DLR you can do:

    Prime Meridian Cache

    and/or

    Whiskey Galore

    (Both Virtual Caches with loads to see/do in the area)

  6. Just thought it might be interesting to find out how everyone got in to Geocaching.

     

    In our case I had a GPS and was reading a mountainbike magazine which said you could download routes in to a GPS. Went to the Garmin site looking for a handlebar mount and found a new sport as well. Off we cycled to Hagrids cache (a mile down the road) and were hooked!

    Okey Dokey I will Look at it - there wil propably end a third sheet "Family Size?" which includes the Macros to do this and output a lot of co-ords to EasyGPS.
