I only log a DNF if i have been searching for a cache for a longer period of time and want to show it.
I dont use Note very often.
If i come to a place and see alot of muggles for example and have to quit, i often dont log at all.

I bought a cachekins bee and grasshopper from local REI because normal travelbugs were out. They even sell these through the official page. You have to go to http://coincodes.com/ to activate. The page sucks and my bug isn't there and there isn't any reply from their address. What gives??. Just frustrated....
Im not sure but i give it a try.
Have you been here?

It aint easy, as said before try easy caches with regular sized containers. It took me over a year to find my first cache, not sure what i did wrong but i was near to quit the game, but i didnt

I take "Search for nearest geocaches" and "Filter out finds".
Then i send page 1-3 (something like that) to my gps and sometimes i choose only traditional caches for example.
I also use GoogleEarth to see caches for a special area im going to, and then i take some caches from there and send them to my gps from the geocaching site.

13 caches taken a sunny Sunday

Don't worry too much about the ratio. There are plenty of caches out there to find. Worry more about quality than the quantity.
Thats what I have in my mind all the time when im out geocaching. Sometimes i find none, but that doesnt really bother me, thats no hurry in this game if you ask me
At the moment I have 40 finds and 0 hidden.

I was holding the travel-bug "EU Travel Bug - A brand new decade" that I got during the Cebit in Hannover. It is now showing up in the cache "Dreamy" GC200J7 while physical it was still with me. Yesterday, 28th of May, 2010 I place the bug physically in the cache "TB-Hotel - Airport Düsseldorf DUS".
When I tried to put this into the database of Geocaching I realized that it seems to be stuck with the other cache and I cannot correct it. As I do not have the bug with me anymore I do not know the bug number. Does anybody know how I can solve the issue? Any idea or hint is welcome.

Try to send a pm to the owner, that often solve the problems.

Last Visit: Saturday, September 12, 2009 in the profile.
I suspect the last visit feature isn't working or is working in a way that we think it should work. I've seen lots of accounts with 0 logs for years always show today as last visit.
I think its kinda correct. Today it says: Last Visit: Saturday, September 19, 2009.
And they have made a cache log in this cache today:

EDIT: Now I see it was placed in a cache yesterday! Im so happy.

I don't think you can do anything more, except be patient and wait.
You have emailed the cacher who has your TB "many times". If you keep sending emails you risk annoying them too much. I know it is very frustrating that they have not replied to you, but their post on the TB page is in Dutch and perhaps they are not confident to reply to you in your language? Babelfish does not translate their words exactly but it says "We will help this TB on its path".
Sometimes TBs will start to move again after many months, or even years. I hope your Electrician Traveller will move again soon. Don't give up hope!

Thanks for the answear. No worries, I havent spammed them with e-mails, "many times" maybe werent the right word here. I think i have send like 2 or 3 e-mails on theese months.
Thanks.

I released my TB Electrician Traveller 21 Jan '08. All was good for more than a year.
And now I can see in the log that the TB was at an event called VPK2009 and that was 30 May '09.
1 June '09 the user gjrzd grabs the TB from the event cache VPK2009. And since then i havent seen the TB.
I have tried to e-mail the user many times, but it seems like that e-mail isnt in use anymore.
I know that the user is active because theres logs and stuff made after that date and it also says Last Visit: Saturday, September 12, 2009 in the profile.
What should i do now?
Any ideas how i can go further with this?
Anyone know that user?
Really need help.
Thanks for reading.

Hur hittar man andra medlemmar runt där man bor?

Leta upp gömmor som finns nära dina koordinater funkar ju, men att leta upp medlemmar som bor nära dig går nog inte, jag har iaf inte sett någon sådan funktion.
