We definetly need a contribution from the "rock" It'll only be a matter of time before geocaching takes off in a big way out there. I can remember exactly a year ago here in Ottawa...... There was a mere 2 caches (300Mag's being one of them) In a year it's exploded!! Not sure how many we have now (any idea 300Mag??) but once it catches on it snowballs )))))

  11. Absolutely Debb!!! Sounds like this quilt is going to look amazing! Judging by how great the original quilt turned out I'm sure this one will be just as spectacular! I consider myself fortunate to have been part of the initial quilt project and am sure many who didn't get to participate will certainly jump on this chance:) P.S. Debb, sorry about not responding to your earlier E-mail.....I've had so much on the go around here lately that I've been somewhat delinquent concerning my overflowing inbox. Cheers, cliffy

It is either part of a set of reference stations to "witness" the control monument in case it is disturbed or the used as an eccentric station if the control monument cannot be occupied. Hey MrGigabyte? Would you happen to know what the device was on top of the monument I logged? http://img.Groundspeak.com/cache/log/259804_400.jpg P.S. Having WAY too much fun with those coins

In response to the orginal post, that's a pretty awful consequence for such a classic newbie error. Yup We can certainly be proud of the fact that our two countries share in the same values/morals, overall quality of life and that we share the world's longest undefended border......kinda nice and rare in this world. But if there ever is an invasion, please leave my beer and hockey stick alone dammit!.....LOL
