(Dx actually visited my original quilt cache and signed the log......TOO NEAT!icon_smile.gif I honestly am contemplating a trip down to your area sometime soon as my Dad lives near Niagara Falls. Can't wait to see those "U.S. cows".....lol Gotta love this geocaching stuff and the way it brings total strangers from distant parts together...icon_smile.gif

  3. Hi again Buddy......Just a quick note to let you know I DO have your home coordinates saved and will pass them on to in person so you can use the search feature Markwell mentioned in his earlier post. And Markwell.....Kudos to you for finding the tiny outpost of Blackburn Hamlet on a map! LOL.

I'm wondering if jeremy would consider a spin off site for kids. Aspiring cachers like Buddy have actually accompanied me on many missions but haven't claimed any under their own account. I'm sure many a parent has kids that tag (drag) along who would also like to log a credit everytime they go....... Just an idea icon_wink.gif

  5. Hi Insp Gadget. I'm by no means a wizard as far as graphic design goes but heck.......What ideas or concepts would you like incorporated into your design?......Maybe I can give it a whirl. I enjoy messing around with PaintShop Pro etc...... Let us all know what you'd like to see. Hopefully you'll get a few to choose from.

    Cheers, cliffy icon_smile.gif

Hmmmmmm......Something tells me I know this young fellow...lol

Tell you what Budman, why don't you round up your sister and Mom and we'll all hide one together (kid and mom friendly cache hehe) I'll also let you borrow my older Magellan GPS if you want to go find the 4 caches that are in walking distance from your house. (you can also borrow one of the frs radios to keep in touch) Sound like a plan?

Or alternatively maybe I can meet up with you soon when I go to find Lar's "shape of the earth" cache (which I believe I have partially solved without even visting a single waypoint) hehehehe

Geeze......Been awhile since I last checked out that show myself......at least 4 years ago, but I TOO have good memories of Hamilton. It was always a nice mix of the old & new with it being the home of the National Warplane Heritage. Always nice to see the Lancaster flying (nice to hear too...with those 4 Rolls-Royce Merlins droaning out their songicon_wink.gif

    Hey MajBach,

Was looking at your profile.(great pic in the CF-18 btw)....I'm an aviation enthuiast myself and was wondering what planes you've flown. (too poor to fly myself so I just jump out of them from time to time...lol)

Speaking of airshows, do you know what the dates are in Toronto this year?......Oddly enough I've never been to it although I used to attend London Ont's airshow religiously ever year. I think the ultimate airshow though has to be at NAS Oceana VA.....But then again I lean towards naval aircraft.

    Cheers, cliffy icon_smile.gif

  22. Hey MajBach! That's great! (I'm totally HTML illiterate) What would be really neat is to keep that map updated and if possible tack a different coloured tack into the caches involved with the quilt. As we speak I'm reviewing my HTML tutorials..... I really NEED to learn this stuff before me daughter can show me up icon_smile.gif.....
