I ran across one cache where there were big signs - PRIVATE PROPERTY NO TRESPASSING and then in small letters underneath - GEOCACHERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.
This was also noted on the cache page.
Running PQ's by icon was added recently. Haven't tried it yet though.
The only way to really know with out going there yourself would be to ask the cache owner or previous finders as the '1' rating is rarely use the way it is supposed to be - wheelchair accessible.
Would it make sense to have a terrain rating of '0' for wheelchair accessible as the '1' is rarely used that way.
Add to the lists above a small hand towel, a golf towel works great. Too many caches are poorly constructed and are damp, taking on water, or full of water [had one of those yesterday - full to the top].
You could also open a free account with Photobucket, upload the pictures and then just e-mail the link.
I've had good luck with PB, but there are lots of other free sites that do the same thing.
You may have to log out and back in. As I understand it, GC and the Fourms are on different servers. Logging out and back in will update the profile on the forums.
If you have wireless on your PC, you can check out the hotels that advertise free wireless. A lot of them are available to anyone sitting in their car in the parking lot.
I prefer to have up to date information. Nothing like hunting for a cache only to find out it's been archived.
One of the reasons that I be came a premium member was to gain the ability to run pocket queries and have the waypoints and associated logs e-mailed to me.
Pocket queries in conjunction with GSAK and Cachemate make it very easy to download and process thousands of waypoints. There are many other utilities that will do the job, but these are the ones that I use.
Edit: Cachemate a utility for managing waypoints on a PDA. Didn't I mention the PDA?
