[Washington, Dc - Any "must Do" Caches?]

The skies are sunny in Richmond right now (and HOT), so hopefully DC will dry out by Friday, too. The weather looks the same there.

OK, the records of the session from Wednesday show that the historic sites part had been removed, but it's still in the bill on the website. Anyone know why?
