Am I able to use it for getting coordinates to place my own caches in the area? Or is it just used for finding ones that have already been placed?

Im thinking about getting a Geomate Jr as Im only using a phone app right now and funds are limited. I was wondering if anyone has used one? Is it accurate? Does it get good reception at all times? I want to place some caches in my area, will I be able to do that with this device? Thanks!

I actually thought it said $60 the first time maybe I saw it wrong though. I can get it brand new at Target for $65. I appreciate the offer though.
Still cant figure out if it will give me the coordinates for placing my own caches???
