  1. a v.1 Moun10Bike geocoin! in a tree On the second day of Christmas Groundspeak sent to me two micro cache coins. On the third day of Christmas Groundspeak sent to me...... Three Dog TAGS
  2. Sorry but.... way to pricey for me unless it's 3" or made out of gold. It is a nice looking coin.
  3. Picked up a couple more. #8 Juan de Fuca (West of Port Angeles) #9 Discovery Bay (West side of Discovery Bay, North of the town Discovery Bay) #61 Spanish Explorers (E. of Port Angeles) Also found a few more Historical and Heritage markers along the way. Grand Coulee The China Ditch Captain George Vancover Camp Growden Chillowist Trail Methow Rapids U-Bolt Tiger Meadows
  4. In the forum last year there was a couple winners. But nothing through the Jeep sight except the winning pictures that were posted at the very end. I guess one could have went in through the winning contestants entry and got the profile. We would only get their GC name and maybe a region where they are from, unless you knew them personally! I think the Jeep site could use some improvement. Especially in their PR area!!!
  5. Cute... I'm in for trading or buying!
  6. Hasn't worked for me the last few days either!
  7. I have a GrnXnham and a Right Wing Wacko for trade. I don't have a whole lot of wooden nickels, so I am pretty open as to how $ get them. Lummieh
  8. What happened to my entry? Date on its entry was Tuesday October 31. I saw the entry of the 6 month old (last one on last page of Oct) come through on the "Travel Bug Movements" and I was after that. A1 Peak Green Jeep Adventure Back to the original question Who were the 5 GPS winners of each year? Who won the JEEPs for the last two years? Why can't they have links for the 2004 and 2005 contests? AND where are the 2006 monthly winners for the last two months? Questions, Questions, Questions? More questions.... Who runs and manage the Jeep site? I have never gotten any answers to any of my questions I've asked! As Colorado Cacher stated about asking for a list of winners. Where are those lists we've requested?
  9. While over in the Eastern part of the state I found... #45 - David Thompson #69 - Kettle Falls #66 - Grand Coulee (the original marker was torn down in the 80's when they constructed the Visitor Center) There are two #43 on the phamplet. I think the second one is Lincoln Rock. It is pictured in the booklet as being on PSH2 eight miles above E. Wenatcheeon the east side of the river. I spoke to a Ranger in the Lincoln Rock State Park. He said he didn't know of any Historical Marker on Hwy 2 and there was nothing in the park (which was closed for improvements). I then spoke to a George Stewart from DOT. He also told me that he doesn't recall any marker and he has been with the departments since the mid 80's and has been in the area since 1966. Unless this marker has been relocated, it is not on Hwy 2 nor 97A
  10. I think at lest 2, if not 3, reports of missing markers before they are excluded. I, myself, thought one was missing and then it was found. #63 Ginko Petrified Forest. If the plaque states the information that is needed and has submitted the 2 pictures, I think it would count as a find. My two MISSING submissions... #12 The Suquamish Nation. I stopped in at the tribal center and was told that this one is not there anymore. Both the sign and totem rotted. The place where they stood is now a parking lot. #74 Roosevelt Elk. Unless this one was moved to a different place. I could not find it on Hwy 101 in that area. #1 Point Roberts Boundery MISSING #2 Old Telegraph Rd. (N. of Bellingham) MISSING #3 Mt. 11. Hey all.... Are we still doing this challenge? Reviewing the Waymarking - Washington Historic Marker sight, I see that there are still quite a few left. I have a couple on my list to do in the area I'll be in this coming couple weeks. By-the-way... How many missing reports on the MISSING markers do we have to have before it is truely claimed as MISSING? This challenge will never end if those are not marked off the list! Happy Caching Lummieh
  12. We don't have a 2007 calendar yet! Guess we'll have to put a "post-it" on the computer.
  13. I have noticed that jeep pictures for the September theme are not being posted. I know we can't vote for any till Oct 1, but I like looking over the pictures as they come in. I have been able to see a few of the entries by going to the Jeep Home Page and then the link for Travel Bug Movements and look for "Submitted Goal" posts. Did I miss something? They must be waiting to post all the entries on Oct 1! Well... I guess we'll just have to wait and see! At lest I got my picture in for the September theme.

  18. I have checked out all the code location sites I have and can't find out where to go for these coins... AlabamaRambler Kansa Tornado Sock Puppet Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  19. I know that you probably have been dedicating every possible moment to these coins and I haven't been as attentive to this forum topic as I should have been. So please forgive me but I have to ask. Did you post a link to a list of "Who - What Kind of Metal - How Many"? I would just hate it if my lack of attention to this topic made me miss out on this great coin because I missed something other than make my request!
  20. Only one entry per month and you can only use a jeep once per the contest. Take a picture of the other jeep with next months theme to be sumitted next month. Enter only ONE jeep picture per month. FYI... DO NOT... and I mean DO NOT upload any additional pictures of a jeep in the jeeps page. These pictures will be posted towards the contest and void your entry. If you want to submit more pictures of the jeep, put them in your gallery on your profile page or wait till the monthly contest is over. Good luck Lummieh
