My difficulty is trying to get cache information to my gps from the website. I have a Mac , which may be a problem, I just upgraded to premium membership. Can some one give me step by step way of downloading the info to my gps. Im very frustrated... i have used you you tube sites but still can’t figure out what to do with the file once it’s on my computer please help Macadoo1

Hello
ive been away from downloading geocaches to my explorist GC and 110.
