  1. Oh wow! That's so touching. What a beautiful way to remember her. I'm so very sorry for your loss but I am truly moved by your lovely memorial to her. I hope I am in the area someday so that I can stop by and see it for myself.
  2. Thanks for compliments, I'm glad we got such positive response . It's really neat to see other couples with such lovely themes in their relationships. I wish you all the best! We activated one yesterday and we'll be sending it into the wild some time this weekend. What do you think of its goal? http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?tracker=TB3FY12
  3. Yay! another lop! Obi is adorable! The kiss trick is very easy to teach. All you do is offer him his favorite treat but hold it between your lips (careful not to slober it hehe) do this a few times and he'll start reaching for your lips instinctively. Once he is comfortable reaching for your lips you no longer have to hold the treat there. He will make contact with your lips in search of the treat and as soon as he does you offer him a treat from your hand and give him praise (that way you reinforce the lip touching behavior). I'm so sorry to hear that he's sick I've had rabbits get sick in the past but I've never had one develop a fever. I hope you have a good vet. Making sure he's eating is one of the most important things. If you ever want to contact me and talk bunny stuff feel free!
  4. i may be able to beat that while not one of my own TBs, TB158ZP (i'm watching it because i moved it once, and it's funny) used to be in a TB race. it was supposed to travel in and around austria, visiting each district/county (or whatever you wanna call it) of austria and a few certain special places in austria. the goals specifically stated to stay in austria. you'll laugh when you see where it is now and has been for two years now. after a while, the owner obviously realized that it's totally useless to keep it in the race and has changed the description to what you see now. "every other place away from austria" lol!! that is too funny!
  5. Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad you like them
  6. hehe I'm glad you all like him. He was a real charmer and is terribly missed
  7. Just wanted to show off our new geocoin. I'm fairly new to geocaching and geocoin collecting but am quickly becoming addicted to both! Geocoins in general are so unique and beautiful that I sometimes find myself perusing the forums or websites that sell them just to marvel at the diversity and the artwork. I've come across and moved lots of coins in caches, but these will be the first coins in my personal collection. My boyfriend drew the design himself and originally gave it to me engraved on a necklace as a Christmas present. Its a symbol that represents both of us (hes the wolf and I'm the phoenix). We went with laser engraved coins because they were cheaper and we didn't have to order as many to start (we only got 20). We'll probably have some nicer coins minted in the future using this design or some variation of it. For now I'm just excited to have these coins and I'm ready to start sending them on their travels through the world.
  8. That was "Unhappily Ever After" I remember it too. It was hilarious!! That remind me of another show called "Greg the Bunny" about a talking stuffed rabbit.
  9. We got our bunny, Cadburry, from a rescue in Gainesville Florida. He had been badly neglected before we adopted him and was suffering from malnutrition and other complications. He was partially blind and deaf due to bacterial infections and he suffered from a condition called "malocclusion" (a misalignment of the teeth) which caused his front teeth to grow constantly and protrude from his mouth. He was a very high maintenance bunny and required regular vet check ups and regular teeth trimming for the entirety of his life. Despite that we would not have traded the company of this complicated little bunny for anything. He was free to roam about our apartment and was very good about using the litterbox. He was incredibly loving and gentle and enjoyed being pet and groomed for hours on end. One of his favorite past times was taking naps under the couch while sleeping upside down on his back! He was also quite the trouble maker, he would chew just about anything and somehow managed to climb into the strangest places. One day he managed to get himself into the refrigerator while my back was turned (fortunately I noticed before closing him in). Sadly, he passed away two months ago from natural causes. We had him cremated and spread his ashes in a local pet cemetery. He was the best bunny that ever lived and he will be missed dearly. We trained him to give kisses too
