Living in Sitka, AK. (Southest Alaska) We have a total of 7 caches, (I think.) I have planted three of them. I want to promote the sport/activity here. There are roughly 8000 residents. And you get here by boat or Alaska Airlines, no driving here. Many cruise ship folks hop off for the day and find the caches occasionally. Would going through a University (we have two) program work, local newspaper, etc? We have an incredible amount of public land here, the mountains are behind us, the ocean at our door kind of thing. I'm looking for advice from experienced promoters and other great ideas. Don't wait until tomorrow. Get out and do it now, before you wake up and look at the mirror, and the person looking back at you asks you why we never did those things?!!

There's a cache in Penryn, I'm going to try and find it this afternoon, I'll put 'Quad Crazy!' there. Closer to it's goal than going to Alaska! Thanks! MacDaddy

OK, I should have read where it wanted to go. I found a bug in Sac, CA, and thought it would be great to move it back to Alaska with me. THEN I read (after the fact) that it wanted to go to the dunes of Pismo Beach. Am I eveil, should I leave it here, I leave in 2 days. Thanks.
