I once had brake and electric cleaner sprayed on my glasses, nothing could get it cleaned off and it was fogged, I went to the local pearl vision center to get some new lenses and he just cleaned it off with rubbing alcohol you might want to try that before using some abrasives.

you can edit the cache name in the easyspeak progam before uploading into the gpsr. You might try the GSAK, i think it will do it with out allthe editing work. I am just trying to figure out the GSAK myself, so i could use some help there too.

is it possible to remove a cache option off my nearest cache page option as well?

Try a in ground lawn sprinkler head. you can take the top of them and remove the insides. you can get one at any home depot, Or how about hollow out a log and put it in a wood pile.

Could it be because where it is located and its under a mountain of snow? It apears to be located not to far from Denver Co.

Ive mounted my etrex vista right on to the bars of my Dual sport bike and and quad and have done hundreds of miles. I never had any problems( not to say that i might not have any). The units are pretty tough I suspect you would end up breaking the plastic mounting bracket before breaking the gps. I say, buy a cigarette adapter for your gps and then buy what ever battery you want. this will extend the life of your battery's greatly.

Are you using the GPX files and then converting them? I had the same trouble, but i was tring to use the pdd files and they do not work. for the cache mate program only the ebooks as far as i know I changed from the mobi pocket, and like the cachemate better, easy to search caches this way

If that is the case i am sorry but it only is doing this on the geocache web site. I clean out my computer and try it then.

In the logs i have been typing, everytime i add in the the word travel, dial-up. or other key words they become underlined and a link is attached to that particular key word. I also have expedia.com has been attaching itself to the geocache web page, like a letter head on the top. am i the only one that is getting this?

I have had some trouble navigating with in the site, A lot of server errors (mostly Sat.) and errors that display "no such cache" or "server full" I figured there are too many users at that time and just relogged in at a later time. I would also like to say BOOO HISSS!!! on the pop up ads! And the hidden links like the one on the "travel" bug page. they stink!!!!! There apears to be more and more everyday! I personaly would pay a larger Membership Fee to have these elimnated, and i am sure there are others that feel the same. Does the Geocache website need to raise more money to update there equiptment and cover the expenses of the website? See the word "travel" in my log here even links to the darn website !!! BOOO HISSSS !!!!!

I use a Palm Zire' and it works fantastic! I hardly ever print out the sheets anymore

Ive just renewed a cache that had been lost, but im having trouble re-instating it as a active cache,a after it had been archived. is it possible to just reativate it or is it lost and i have to start a whole new cache page?
