We have the coins in hand and ready to start to send them out for everyone that preordered them! We also ordered some extra coins for others that did not preorder them. We will let everyone know when the extra supply has dried up!
The metal coins are $6.25 each shipped. The wooden ones are $0.35 each shipped when ordering with a metal coin. We have the metal coins in hand and hope to have the wooden ones ready for shipping by the end of the week. The design is a little different on the wooden nickels but contains the same information. If you are just ordering wooden nickels add $2 for shipping.

The metal coins showed up today and I will post some photos tonight when I get home. The wooden nickels are giving me fits at this moment in time in trying to get the design transferred. I may just bag them for the time being and sell them down the road when the order gets fixed.

I am receiving the metal coins on Tuesday and will post some photos. We ended up ordering silver and gold coins to give everyone an option on what color (or both?) they wanted to buy. The wooden nickels are in the works and seem to be slower than the metal ones! We will post some photos this week and get the ordering information out there.

I received my Axim x50v last week and had some time this past weekend to get it up and running. After I figured out how to use the internet I installed Beeline GPS. Next I installed GPXSonar and had some time to use both of them last night. I just read the comment about clicking on the cache with Beeline and it will show the html! The only thing I didn't notice was the past few logs which is sometimes helpful. I bought the explorist 300 last Fall and realized it doesn't have an input cord which is a drag. I think I may end up dropping it on Ebay and buy one that allows to input the waypoints. I had some problems with Beeline but once I got my poweroff setting set at a higher time the program worked just fine.

The coins will be in our hands around Sept 8th. We have the labels printed and will start to ship them that week as everyone has indictated with insurance etc. There may be a few left over but we won't know until the smoke clears
Now, I can start to work on the winter coin...

I have received payment for almost 400 coins and am ordering 500. If you have indicated you want to order some coins please pay as indicated above in this thread. Once the 500 coins are gone they are gone!

I have sent invites to the 50 but haven't heard from some. If you received an invite from me but haven't joined the yahoo group please do so by Sept 1st. Otherwise we will open up the few remaining spots.

I got the art proof back and the head of the buffalo wasn't quite right so I sent it back. It shouldn't delay the coin but a few days. I will be ordering them this week after I count up the numbers. I expect to have a few extras but not many!
