  1. I just got back from a trip overseas. I want to use ROBOGEO to be able to track my photos of the trip.

Unfortunately in order for Robogeo to work properly the time in the GPSr and the camera must be the same. I messed up and put in the wrong time zone into my GPSr. So now my pictures and GPSr track are two hours different for the entire trip.

Can any of you think of a way to either change my time in my track or the time in my phots for the whole time? 600 digital photos or a similar number of track points are just too much to change one at a time.

    Thanks in advance - Theresa

  2. I just ordered a new GPS unit and am wondering what should I do with my old one.

The new one is a 60cs and the old one is a Etrex Legend. Do I need a back up unit, or is that just redundant ?

I can keep the Legend or sell it to some needy Geocacher. What do you think?

    Thanks in advance !!

  3. It's not much, but if Dorothy Macaw is with me when I find a cache I leave one of her feathers that fall out when she sheds them.

I hate to think of all the sqwacking that is going to go on when I take her caching and forget to take along one of those feathers. "Ok Dorothy take one for the team while I pull this feather out".

  4. I just found out that REI in Bellingham is having a GPS class this Saturday (October 9th 2004) from 10 am to 1 pm. I think the class cost is $15 for members.

I know that I am only using 20% of my GPS' capabilities. Maybe you are the same way.

Anyway. Their number is (360) 647 8955. They suggested calling for reservations.

  5. Red Robin works for me, good energy and children friendly.

You are right about Stanello's having the best pizza in town.

What do you think about a time for the meeting? Weekday eve or weekend? Are there any dates or times that are totally unacceptable?

  6. Ok ... let's set something up.

An early weekday evening might be best, since everone seems to have such hectic weekends.

Izzys Pizza on the Guide has a good assortment of menu options, though not the best pizza in town. Is easy to find, and is kid friendly.

    What do you all think?
