Personal Geocaching Websites?
The Hancock Clan replied to Da Rubber Chicken's topic in United Kingdom and Ireland
we have 2 websites that we use for 2 of our special caches. When cachers find these caches we give them a password and they can then share their photos etc with other cachers that have found it. -
That's fab news. What a big relief for you

You should keep an eye on this one, which is near Plymouth. If we get hold of it, we'll make a point of moving it East -
We had the same problem until we uninstalled firefox (& deleted the folder C:\Documents and Settings\<Windows login/user name>\Application Data\Mozilla) and then reinstalled it again. Make sure to backup you're bookmarks etc. first. It all works fine now but we lost the original OS script and the latest one doesn't seem to have that nice red arrow pointing to the co-ords anymore

There's been a few sightings of Wild Boar on Dartmoor recently, especially since the release last Christmas of 100 of them by animal rights activists. In August, I was out caching with Davy Boy at Fordsland Ledge and we both heard a distinct pig-like grunting noise but couldn't see anything! We've also had a log for one of our caches in a remote area of Dartmoor where a Wild Boar or pig was spotted.

We've had a few encounters whilst caching in Florida, the funniest being during the Easy Series when Mr H peered around the back of a tree coming face to face with a Florida Black Racer. Both him and the snake jumped out their skins and shot off in opposite directions like something out of a cartoon! Also, whilst out there we were fortunate enough to get close enough to a rather angry Cottonmouth for a cracking photo! It was taken at the now archived Conservazen cache...

Open question for our reviewers
The Hancock Clan replied to Foinavon's topic in United Kingdom and Ireland
It depends on how old the piece of music is really. In the UK, copyright generally expires for works 70 years from the end of the calendar year in which the composer dies. Other countries vary, normally between 50-75 years. Therefore most classical work is now copyright free, which is why there is tons of it to download freely on the web as midi files etc. (Beethoven / Mozart etc...) However, if you're wanting to use contemporary music though that's a different story. A good place to start that would be able to give an official answer would be to contact the PRS. -

Our TB The Great British Moose is our first and by far the most successful one of ours. Its mission was to meet a real moose and has so far had several photos with them! It's on its way home now having made its way across the pond, all around the States, Canada & Alaska and is currently on its way to visit more moose at Yellowstone National Park!
