It appears that some action has been taken by Comcast. I received stale emails (9-5-13) notifying of PQ completion. We'll see about the newsletter. Here is Comcast's response, and it appears that all 4 IP addresses are now already clear:
Thank you for contacting Comcast Customer Security Assurance. We have received and reviewed your RBL removal request.
Below each IP address you submitted in your request, we have included the result of our research. Please do not reply to this message.

I hope I'm posting this in the right spot. Found the pot 'o gold at our Haunted Sightings event in October, then forgot to post that we found it! I must have been scared away by all the ghosts and goblins and have just come out of hiding. What a great coin to find!! I love coins and am just starting to collect them. We were SO glad to be visited by the Geo_Leprechaun. He's bringing us good luck too!! Too bad we didn't catch him hiding his gold. Sorry to miss him in his cute little leprechaun costume!

I bought some things through Oriental Trading magazine: key chains, bandanas, etc. Comes in bulk and cost about $1 each for nice stuff. My favorite is the camoflage backpack keychain.

New to geocaching and would love to find a group/club in Salem, Oregon.

I contacted Comcast today and received the same reply. They are saying the geocaching email is not on their blocklist and to resubmit our request.
